Licence
Effective 17 September 2026
These terms apply to every plugin and other digital software product sold by ByHubert. A purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the software. Ownership and intellectual-property rights remain with ByHubert.
What you may do
- Use the plugin in personal and commercial creative work.
- Install it on computers that you personally own or control.
- Use it on any number of your own projects.
What you may not do
- Share, resell, sublicense, rent, lend or give the plugin or licence to another person.
- Upload or distribute the files through websites, cloud drives, marketplaces or file-sharing services.
- Include the plugin in another product, template, course or toolkit.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
- Remove copyright, authorship or licensing notices.
One purchase covers one user. Teams and studios need a licence for each person using the plugin.
Ending the licence
The licence may be revoked if these terms are materially breached. When the licence ends, you must stop using the product and remove all copies under your control.
