Refund Policy

ByHubert products are digital software delivered electronically. Once access to a download or licence has been provided, a purchase is generally final because the product can be used immediately.
This does not limit any refund, repair or replacement rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
Before delivery
If an order is cancelled before the download or licence is supplied, contact the seller or payment provider shown at checkout as soon as possible.
Technical problems
If a plugin cannot be installed or does not work as described, use the support details included with your order. We will first help diagnose the issue and, where appropriate, provide a fix, replacement or refund.
Immediate digital delivery
Where required, checkout will ask for your express consent to receive digital content immediately and your acknowledgement that the statutory withdrawal right may end once delivery begins.
